Today over 37 000 questionnaires are sent out to inhabitants in Østfold. The survey is a part of HEPROGRESS.
 Inger Christin Torp, leader of Health Committee in Østfold County Council– We have conducted this kind of survey since 1997. Østfold is one of the counties experiencing the highest level of health problems in Norway. Therefore we wish to receive information about the development continuously. It is important for us to take appropriate preventive and health improvement actions, says Inger Christin Torp. HEPROGRESS Steering group chairperson and leader of Health Committee in Østfold County Council.In the county’s two largest cities sample is expanded for an opportunity to bring knowledge into the district level. – This is one of the ways to convene our commitments in WHO Healthy Cities and Zagreb Declaration.
